We the People
of the state of Minnesota
are seeking assistance from the Minnesota National Guard.
State
Representative Dan Severson has been working with the Citizens in attempting to
bring to justice numerous public officials that have committed felonies
against the People.
Together, we
sought to bring our complaint before the Grand Jury, but we were blocked
by the Judiciary. We were able to find the name of the Ramsey County
Grand Jury Foreperson and brought a complaint to her, with over 600 pages of
evidence of criminal activity of certain public officials, including
judges. The complaint charged, and is backed by evidence, crimes
committed by state officials against active military personnel.
These actions by state officials have directly comprised the military, and are
defined as treason. The Chief Judge of the Ramsey County district
court stopped the investigation by the Grand Jury.
Rep. Severson
then petitioned the Governor and the Minnesota Attorney General for a
special grand jury, and was stonewalled.
We ask for a
MEETING with the Adjutant General to discuss the remedies that We the People
have, including (but not limited to) convening the Grand Jury by OPEN VENURE.
Please
schedule a meeting with the Citizens and Rep. Dan Severson, and will will bring
our evidence and the authority of law that We have to seek assistance from
the National Guard in this matter.
