NO! You Can't Have Documents You Are Entitled to!

I have a court case against the City of Maplewood for violating our Data Practices law (Freedom of Information).  The judge dismissed my case and ordered sanctions against me.

My SOLE argument in my appeal is that I demanded a jury, and that the judge was restrained from taking ANY action on the case.

If nothing else, this 3 page brief serves as a lesson on the rights secured by the State and US Constitutions for The People.
